Ingredients:

| cup | Sweet Quick Bread Mix | | 2
| | Eggs -- beaten | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| med | Bananas -- mashed | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped nuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven 325°F. | | 2 | Grease one 9x5 or two 7x3 loaf pans; set aside. | | 3 | In med bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring to blend. | | 4 | Turn into prepared pan or pans. | | 5 | Bake 50 - 60 min in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. | | 6 | Cool on rack 5 min. turn out of pan. | | 7 | Cool right-side up on rack. | | 8 | Makes 1 or 2 loaves. | | 9 | recipe by : |
