Ingredients:
10 cupAll-purpose flour
1/3 cupBaking powder
1/4 cupSugar
1 tbspSalt
1 tspSalt
2 cupShortening
Procedures:
1Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2Divide flour mixture and shortening in half.
3Cut 1 cup shortening into half of flour mixture with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
4Repeat with remaining shortening and flour mixture.
5Combine mixtures.
6Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 6 weeks.
7Refrigerate or freeze for longer storage.
8Yield: 13 cups
