2 tbspBasic Dry Rub (see recipe)
1 tspDry mustard
1 Bay leaf -- crumble

1 tspLeaf sage or rosemary
Leaves
1 Garlic clove -- minced
1 tspGrated lemon peel
Procedures:
1Mix fresh just before using.
2Rub on chicken or turkey before barbecuing.
