| 8 | Combine brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of marmalade. |
| 9 | Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls around outer edge of pan. |
| 10 | Bake in a 350°F. oven 35 to 40 minutes. |
