Ingredients:
13 eachDried red chili peppers
-- soaked, seeded & chopped
2 tbspShallots -=OR=- red onion
1 tbspGarlic, chopped
1 tbspGalanga
3 tbspKaffir
1 tbspLemon rind, grated
1 1/2 tbspLemon grass, chopped
1 tspGinger, chopped
Procedures:
1Soak all dried ingredients until sufficiently soft.
2Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend to form a smooth paste.
3It may be necessary to add a few drops of water to make the paste smooth.
