| cup | Water 1 ?c Instant skim milk | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat water and sugar in medium saucepan until sugar dissolves, approximately 5 minutes. | | 2 | Place instant milk in food processer or blender. | | 3 | Pour watermixture in blender. | | 4 | Process until well blended. | | 5 | Makes about 1 ?cups. | | 6 | Store, covered, in refrigerator if not used immediately. | | 7 | Can be used in all recipes |
