Smoked salmon pizza

Ingredients:
3/4 cupMascarpone cheese
2 medShallots, minced
1 tbspFresh lemon juice
2 tbspChopped fresh chives
4 ozSmoked salmon
Procedures:
1Note: mascarpone is a smooth, mild italian cheese.
2Put a pizza stone on the lowest rack of the oven.
3Preheat to 400°F.
4(if you use a metal pizza pan instead, do not preheat the pan).
5Mix cheese, shallots, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon chives.
6Spread over 2 12" pizza shells.
7Slide the pizzas onto the pizza stone.
8Bake 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
9Immediately sprinkle with walmon and chives.
10Makes 2 medium pizzas, 8 slices each.
11Per slice: 168 calories, 19 grams carbohydrates, 5 grams protein, 1 gram fiber, 8 grams fat (3 grams saturated), 223 milligrams sodium.
