Ingredients:
4 lbsMushrooms
1 lbsButter
1 Bottle burgundy wine
1 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspDill see
1 tspGround pepper
2 smallGarlic cloves -- minced
2 cup-Water -- boiling
3 Beef bouillon cubes
3 Chicken bouillon cubes
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in lg.
2Pan.
3Bring to a slow boil on med. heat; reduce to simmer.
4Cook 5-6 hrs.
5With pot covered.
6Remove lid and cook another 3-5 hrs.
7Until liquid barely covers mushrooms.
8Allow to cool.
9Serve hot in a chafing dish with toothpicks
