Grape leaves stuffed with rice

Ingredients:
5 tbspChopped onions
1 cupOil
2 cupWater
1 cupBrown rice
1 tspSalt
2 tspKelp
2 tspDill weed
1/4 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspPeppermint
1 tspPaprika
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspAllspice
Juice of 1 lemon
12 eachGrape leaves
Procedures:
1Saute onions in oil till light brown.
2Add 1 c water with the rice, salt & kelp.
3Mix well.
4Cover & cook till the water is absorbed.
5Remove from heat, cool slightly & add remaining spices.
6Place 1 generous ts of filling onto each grape leaf.
7Make one fold up from the base of the leaf, tuck in the sides & roll up tightly.
8Place in a heavy saucepan & fold down, packing the rolls tightly.
9Add remaining cup of water & lemon juice.
10Cook slowly over low heat till almost all the liquid has been absorbed.
11Serve hot or cold.
