| 1 | Zucchini crust pizza (merrilyn vaughan) |
| 2 | this is something my mother makes which even *i* like [and i don"t like "chini!] got her to send it to me just for you folks! |
| 3 | preheat oven to 450 degrees. |
| 4 | Press liquid out of squash. |
| 5 | Throw out liquid. |
| 6 | Combine zucchini, eggs, flour and salt. |
| 7 | Spread on a well greased 9" x 12" baking sheet or 12" pizza pan. |
| 8 | Bake until firm. |
| 9 | remove from oven. |
| 10 | Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. |
| 11 | Spread with pizza sauce and favorite toppings. |
| 12 | Sprinkle with your favorite cheese. |
| 13 | Return to oven. |
| 14 | Bake until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted, about 10 to 15 minutes. |
