Ingredients:

| cup | DOLE Pineapple Juice | | 1
| tbsp | Grated orange peel | | 1 1/2
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| cup | Whole wheat flour | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tbsp | Baking soda | | 1/4
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tbsp | Ground cinnamon | | 1
| cup | DOLE Raisins |

Procedures:
