| 1 | Preheat oven to 400°F. |
| 2 | Grease one l2-cup muffin tin. |
| 3 | Sift flour; sugar; baking powder and salt into large bowl. |
| 4 | Stir in eggnog, rum, butter, egg and nutmeg. |
| 5 | Spoon into prepared tin. |
| 6 | Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. |
| 7 | Cool muffins completely before serving. |
| 8 | Enjoy! |
