Fat-free banana muffins(c) (lacto)

Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray, mazz
1 1/2 cupFlour
1/3 cupSugar
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspCinnamon
2 Egg whites
2 largeRipe bananas, well mashed
1/4 cupSkim milk
1/3 cupHoney
Procedures:
1Tasty treats, and the recipe can also be used to make quick bread.
2Preheat oven to 400 °F.
3Spray 12 (2 ?inch) muffin cups with cooking spray.
4In medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
5In large bowl, using a fork or wire whisk, beat egg whites lightly.
6Stir in mashed bananas, milk and corn syrup.
7Add flour mixture; stir until well blended.
8Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
9Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
10Cool in pan 5 minutes.
11Remove; cool on wire rack.
12Fat-free banana quick bread: preheat oven to 350 °F.
13Spray 8 ?x 4 ?x 2 ?inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
14Prepare batter as directed above.
15Pour into prepared pan.
16Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
17Cool in pan 10 minutes.
18Remove.
19Serve warm or cool on wire rack.
20Makes 12 servings.
