| cup | Lowfat buttermilk | | 1/3
| cup | Fleischmann's margarine | | | -melted | | 1 1/4

| | Good News Egg, lightly | | | -beaten | | 2
| | Egg whites, lightly beaten | | | Vegetable cooking spray | | 1 1/2

Procedures:
