Ingredients:
1 cupUnbleached White Flour
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupSkim Milk
1 Egg
1 Egg White
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2Oil muffin or popover tins and preheat.
3Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
4Beat with a rotary beater or wire whisk just until smooth.
5Pour the batter into the hot muffin tins.
6Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until brown.
