Ingredients:

| cup | Fruit Bran Cereal (425gbox) | | 5
| cup | Flour | | 3
| cup | Sugar | | 5
| tsp | Baking Soda | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 5
| cup | Sour Milk | | | Or | | 5
| tbsp | Vinegar + 5 Cup Milk | | 4
| | Eggs | | 1
| cup | Oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Measure dry ingredients into a very large mixing bowl that has a lid. | | 2 | Add eggs, oil and milk. | | 3 | Blend well. | | 4 | Stores for 6 weeks in frig. | | 5 | Fill muffin cups ?full and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. | | 6 | Or: mix all dry ingrediants to store... | | 7 | Use as follows (for 12 muffins) 3 c mix 1 c milk (sour or add 1 tb vinegar) ?c oil 1 egg (minus yolk for less cholesterol). | | 8 | Note: this mix works well with raisin bran, fruit n fibre, or just bran cereals.. | | 9 | Dryed apple bits may be a nice addition.. |
