Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/3
| cup | Chopped almonds or walnuts | | 1/4
| cup | Raisins, chopped if desired | | 2
| tbsp | Grated orange peel | | 1
| | Egg, beaten | | 1/2
| cup | Orange juice | | 2
| tsp | Vegetable oil |

Procedures:
