Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupFlour
2 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 cupMilk
2 medPeaches, diced -- to equal
One cup
1/2 cupSugar
1 1/2 tspCinnamon
1/2 cupButter -- melted
1 Egg
-TOPPING
1/2 cupPecans -- chopped
1/4 cupFlour
2 tbspButter -- melted
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1 1/2 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
3Mix butter, milk and egg together and pour into the flour mixture.
4Fold in peaches.
5Spoon mixture into greased and floured muffin pans.
6Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
