Garlicky gilroy chicken wings

Ingredients:
2 lbsChicken wing
3 Garlic
1 cupOlive oil
15 Tabasco pepper sauce
1 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1 cupBread crumbs
1 tbspBlack pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 37Disjoint chicken wings, removing tips.
2Rinse wings; pat dry.
3Place garlic, 1 cup oil and pepper sauce in food processor or blender container; cover and process until smooth.
4Pour garlic mixture into small bowl.
5Combine cheese, bread crumbs and black pepper in shallow dish.
6Dip wings into garlic mixture, then roll, one at a time, in crumb mixture until thoroughly coated.
7Brush shallow nonstick pan with remaining 1 t. oil; arrange wings in a single layer.
8Drizzle remaining garlic mixture over wings; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
9Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until brown and crisp.
10Garnish as desired
