| cup | Olive oil | | 15
| | Tabasco pepper sauce | | 1
| cup | Grated Parmesan cheese | | 1
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1
| tbsp | Black pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 37Disjoint chicken wings, removing tips. | | 2 | Rinse wings; pat dry. | | 3 | Place garlic, 1 cup oil and pepper sauce in food processor or blender container; cover and process until smooth. | | 4 | Pour garlic mixture into small bowl. | | 5 | Combine cheese, bread crumbs and black pepper in shallow dish. | | 6 | Dip wings into garlic mixture, then roll, one at a time, in crumb mixture until thoroughly coated. | | 7 | Brush shallow nonstick pan with remaining 1 t. oil; arrange wings in a single layer. | | 8 | Drizzle remaining garlic mixture over wings; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. | | 9 | Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until brown and crisp. | | 10 | Garnish as desired |
