Ingredients:
| 3/4
| cup | Whole Wheat Flour | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 2 1/2
| tsp | Baking Powder | | 3/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| each | Egg, Lg, Beaten | | 3/4
| cup | Skim Milk | | 1/3
| cup | Vegetable Oil | | 1/4
| cup | Plum Jam |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. | | 2 | Make a well in the center of the mixture. | | 3 | Combine the egg, milk and oil then add the mixture to the dry ingredients. | | 4 | Stir until just moistened and no flour streaks remain. | | 5 | Spoon into muffin tins, that have been coated with a non-stick spray, filling each cup 2/3rds full. | | 6 | Spoon 1 ts of the plum jam into the center of each filled muffin cup. | | 7 | Bake at 375 °F. | | 8 | For 20 minutes or until golden brown. | | 9 | Serve warm. |
