Plum jam muffins

Ingredients:
3/4 cupWhole Wheat Flour
2 tbspSugar
2 1/2 tspBaking Powder
3/4 tspSalt
1 eachEgg, Lg, Beaten
3/4 cupSkim Milk
1/3 cupVegetable Oil
1/4 cupPlum Jam
Procedures:
1Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
2Make a well in the center of the mixture.
3Combine the egg, milk and oil then add the mixture to the dry ingredients.
4Stir until just moistened and no flour streaks remain.
5Spoon into muffin tins, that have been coated with a non-stick spray, filling each cup 2/3rds full.
6Spoon 1 ts of the plum jam into the center of each filled muffin cup.
7Bake at 375 °F.
8For 20 minutes or until golden brown.
9Serve warm.
