| cup | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Pumpkin pie spice | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt (optl) | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped nuts (optl) | | 1
| cup | Canned pumpkin | | 3/4
| cup | Milk | | 1/3
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1
| | Egg, lightly beaten |

Procedures:
