Ingredients:

| | Eggs | | 1/4
| cup | Buttermilk | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/4

| cup | Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated | | 2
| | Green onions, chopped | | 10
| slice | Bacon, fried and crumbled |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400°F. | | 2 | Place cottage cheese in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth. | | 3 | Transfer to a large bowl. | | 4 | Process egg whites in food processor until foamy. | | 5 | Add next 5 ingredients and process until smooth. | | 6 | Add egg mixtue to cottage cheese. | | 7 | Stir in cheese, onins, and bacon. | | 8 | Fill greased large muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are light brown. | | 9 | Makes 10. |
