| cup | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 1

| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt [optl) | | 1/3
| cup | Chopped dates | | 8
| oz | Nonfat plain yogurt | | 3/4
| cup | Mashed banana (2 medium) | | 2
| | Egg whites or | | | -1 egg, slightly beaten | | 2
| tbsp | Vegetable oil |

Procedures:
