| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1

| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| cup | Packed brown sugar | | 3
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 400°F. | | 2 | Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2-?x 1-?inches, with paper baking cups. | | 3 | Mix cereal and milk in large bowl. | | 4 | Let stand until cereal is softened, about 5 minutes. | | 5 | Beat in oil and egg. | | 6 | Mix in remaining ingredients just until moistened. | | 7 | Divide batter evenly among cups. | | 8 | Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 18 to 23 minutes. | | 9 | Makes 12 muffins. | | 10 | High altitude directions (3500 to 6500°Feet): heat oven to 425°F |
