| cup | Bisquick | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/2
| cup | Applesauce | | 1/4
| cup | Milk | | | Egg | | 2
| tbsp | Cooking oil | | | TOPPING | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 2
| tbsp | Butter or margarine, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 deg f. | | 2 | Combine bisquick, ?cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. | | 3 | Add applesauce, milk, egg amd oil, and beat vigorously for 30 seconds. | | 4 | Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake 12-15 minutes. | | 5 | Cool slightly and remove from pans. | | 6 | Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. | | 7 | Dip tops of muffins in melted buter, then in sugar-cinnamon. | | 8 | Makes 12. |
