| med | Purple onions | | | Peeled and sliced | | 1
| quart | Fresh or canned chicken | | | Stock | | 2
| cup | Fresh tomatoes, peeled | | | Seeded and diced | | 2
| cl | Garlic, minced | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh lemon juice | | 2
| tbsp | Calvert's cedar street | | | Dill mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Horseradish | | 2
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | | Salt and pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: calvert"s mustard cookbook melt butter in a non-aluminum saucepan and saute onions over medium heat until translucent (about 8 minutes). | | 2 | Add chicken stock, tomatoes, garlic and lemon juice. | | 3 | Heat to boiling. | | 4 | Lower heat and simmer for ?hour. | | 5 | Add calvert"s cedar street dill mustard, horseradish and worcestershire. | | 6 | Transfer in batches to blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until pureed. | | 7 | A small sprig of fresh dill makes a lovely garnish. |
