Cantaloupe soup

Ingredients:
4 Ripe small cantaloupes *
6 ozOrange juice concentrate
1 cupHoney **
1/2 tspCinnamon (more to taste)
1 cupWhipping cream
1/2 cupCalvados
Mint sprigs (garnish)
Procedures:
1*note: cantaloupes should be peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch chunks.
2** amount of honey may be decreased if cantaloupes are very sweet.
3Puree cantaloupe in blender or processor until smooth.
4Stir in remaining ingredients except mint and mix well.
5Chill thoroughly.
6Serve in chilled stemmed glasses or glass bowls and garnish with mint sprigs.
7Makes 8 to 10 servings.
