| | Red bell pepper, cored | | | -seeded and finely diced | | 1
| | Green bell pepper, cored | | | -seeded and finely diced | | 1

| | English cucumbers, peeled | | | -and finely diced | | 6
| | Roma or plum tomatoes | | | -finely diced | | 4

| cup | Sour cream | | | Salt and pepper | | | Pita croutons |

Procedures:
