| | Red pepper | | | Green pepper | | | Yellow pepper | | | English cucumbers | | | Roma tomatoes | | | C. buttermilk | | | C. sour cream | | | Uice of 4 limes | | | Alt and pepper to taste | | | Routons |

Procedures:
| 1 | Fine dice peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. | | 2 | Reserve a little tomato and cucumber for garnish. | | 3 | Mix buttermilk, sour cream, and lime juice. | | 4 | Add vegetables to buttermilk mixture. | | 5 | Season with salt and pepper. | | 6 | Serve with a garnish of chopped cucumber, tomato and 8 pita croutons around edge of soup bowl. | | 7 | *pita croutons: cut 6 pieces of pita bread into 8 wedges. | | 8 | Separate, brush with olive oil. | | 9 | Toast in oven till crisp. |
