Ingredients:
8 cupWater
1 cupDried great northern beans
1 cupDried kidney beans
1 tspRubbed sage
1 packOnion soup, (2.5 ozs)
Mix (2 envelopes)
2 Boneless skinless chicken
Breasts, cut into 1-inch
Pieces
(about 1 pound)
1/2 cupSnipped parsley
Procedures:
1Recipe by: betty crocker"s smartcook heat water, beans, sage and soup mix (dry) to boiling in 4-quart dutch oven.
2Boil 2 minutes; reduce heat.
3Cover and simmer until beans are tender, about 2-?hours.
4Stir in chicken and parsley.
5Cover and cook until chicken is done, about 15 minutes.
