Ingredients:

| | Chicken breast fillet | | | -skinned and sliced thinly. | | 2

| oz | Mushrooms | | 1 1/2
| oz | Ham chopped | | 2
| | Onions chopped | | 3/4
| pint | Chicken stock made with | | | -liquid concentrate. | | 2
| tsp | Light soy sauce | | 1
| tsp | Corn flour. |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place chicken courgettes, mushrooms ham onions and stock in a pan. | | 2 | Bring to the boil. | | 3 | Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. | | 4 | Blend soy sauce with the corn flour and add to the pan stirring constantly until the soup thickens. | | 5 | serve immediately. |
