| | Carrot, thinly sliced | | 2
| | Sticks celery, thinly sliced | | 1
| | Onion, coarsely chopped | | 1
| | Bay leaf | | 2
| | Cloves of garlic (or 3) | | 1
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
