Ingredients:
1360 gramsDill pickles
1 1/3 kgCawliflower
1701 gramsGreen beans tins
1 kgRed peppers
1134 gramsTuna fish in tins
2268 gramsStuffed olives in jars
178 mlOlive oil
1360 gramsPickling onions in jars
1 1/3 kgMushrooms
1 kgGreen peppers
2268 gramsRipe olives in tins
1559 gramsKetchup
738 gramsAnchovies in tins
178 mlVinegar
Procedures:
1Boil cawliflower 3 minutes.
2Drain and set aside.
3Peel pickling onions, cut cucumbers in slices and boil green beans until tender.
4Set all these vegetables aside.
5In large canning kettle, fry sliced mushrooms in the oil, add ketchup, cut green beans and red peppers.
6Simmer 10-15 minutes.
7Add all the vegetables, olives and remaining ingredients (separate anchovies and break up tuna), simmer for another 12 minutes
