| cup | Ice water | | 3
| tbsp | Matzo meal | | 3
| | Carrots, sliced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: my files fillet fish. | | 2 | Combine heads, skin, bones, 4 sliced onions, ?of salt and pepper and carrots in large pot. | | 3 | Cover with water and boi l. | | 4 | Grind fish abd onion, add seasonings, water and matzo meal. | | 5 | Shape into balls and drop into boiling stock. | | 6 | Cover and simmer 1 1/ 2 hours. | | 7 | Cool and strain |
