Ingredients:
3 cupDurkee redhot? cayenne pepp
2 cupClarified butter, hot
20 lbsChicken wings, frozen
Procedures:
1Recipe by: durkee redhot? cayenne pepper sauce deep-fry wings at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy brown or bake at 425? for 30 minutes; turn and bake additional 30 minutes, until brown.
2Drain well.
3Add to sauce and toss well to coat chicken wings.
4Keep warm.
5Serve with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
