Ingredients:

| each | Bunch of beets | | 1
| x | Peeled, halved, sliced | | 1
| each | Beet greens | | 1
| x | Washed and finely chopped | | 3
| each | Stalks celery, diced | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| x | Salt & pepper to taste | | 1
| each | Lg onion, diced | | 4
| each | Carrots, sliced | | 1
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Horseradish | | 1
| can | Tomato soup |

Procedures:
