| cup | Sugar | | 1/3
| cup | Flour | | 3/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/4
| cup | Butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Prep: 20 mins cook: 50-55 mins in lg bowl beat egg, stir in sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla, and salt to blend thoroughly. | | 2 | Fold in apples and lemon peel, pour into pie shell. | | 3 | Bake 450, 10 mins. | | 4 | Reduce heat to 350, bake 25-30 mins until crust is golden brown. | | 5 | Sprinkle streusel topping evenly over pie. | | 6 | Bake 15 mins longer. | | 7 | Remove to rack to cool slightly. | | 8 | Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. | | 9 | Streusel topping; in sm bowl mix sugar, flour, cinnamon. | | 10 | With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter to make a crumble mixture |
