Ingredients:

| oz | Goat cheese | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Coarsely ground black | | | Pepper | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Whole pink peppercorns | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Whole green peppercorns | | 2
| tsp | Extra virgin olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bring goat cheese to room temperature and place in a small bowl. | | 2 | Add black pepper and pink and green peppercorns. | | 3 | Blend together until peppercorns are incorporated. | | 4 | Line an 8-ounce ramekin or 1-cup bowl with plastic wrap. | | 5 | Transfer cheese mixture into ramekin and pack it down with the back of a spoon. | | 6 | Unmold ramekin onto serving plate. | | 7 | Smooth surface with a heated knife and drizzle with olive oil. | | 8 | Garnish with more pepper and peppercorns |
