| cup | Deiced celery | | 2 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 2 1/2
| cup | Boiling water | | 4
| tbsp | Corn oil | | 4
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Bottled meat sauce (????) | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| cup | Grated cheddar cheese | | 1
| tbsp | Minced parsley | | 1
| cup | Canned tomatoes, drained and | | | -chopped. |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine potatoes, onion, celery, salt and boiling water in a deep kettle. | | 2 | Simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. | | 3 | Heat oil and stir in flour until smooth. | | 4 | Add the next four ingredients while stirring. | | 5 | Cook until thickened. | | 6 | Add cheese and stir all into the potato mixture. | | 7 | Add parsley and tomatoes. | | 8 | Heat through but not boil |
