Dragon den's hot & sour soup

Ingredients:
1/4 cupRaw pork, shredded
3 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspWhite wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbspSugar (to taste)
1/2 tspBlack pepper
1/4 cupBamboo shoots, shredded
1/4 cupWood ears
1/4 cupMushrooms, sliced
3/4 cupTofu, diced
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/2 tspSesame oil
Oil for frying
Procedures:
1Heat oil till quite hot.
2Add pork with 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
3Fry until white.
4Remove and drain on paper towels.
5Heat 3 cups water to boiling.
6Dissolve remaining cornstach in small amount of water.
7Add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, bamboo shoots, wood ears, mushrooms and tofu to boiling water.
8When it returns to a boil, remove from heat.
9Add cornstarch mixture.
10While stirring, pour in beaten egg and sesame oil.
11Add pork.
12Season to taste.
