Ingredients:
10 oz(1) Pkg frozen English peas
1/4 medHead lettuce
3 ozFresh lettuce
3 ozFresh spinach leaves
1/2 cupGreen onions, chopped
2 tspBouillion granules
-chicken-flavored
1/8 tspPepper
1 1/4 cupWater
1/4 cupSkim water
Procedures:
1Comine english peas, lettuce, spinach, green onions, bouillion granules, chervil and pepper in a large saucepan; stir in water.
2Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
3Process mixture to saucepan, and stir in milk.
4Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated.
