Fast and creamy vegetable soup

Ingredients:
10 ozFrozen mixed vegetables
- (1 package)
3 cupMilk
2 cupWater
2 tbspInstant minced onion
2 tspChicken bouillon granules
2 tspSalt
1/4 cupCelery, finely diced
1 1/3 cupInstant mashed potatoes
Procedures:
1Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and reserve.
2Heat to boiling in large saucepan milk, water, minced onion, bouillon granules, salt and celery.
3Remove from heat.
4Stir in instant mashed potatoes.
5Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
