| tbsp | Flour | | | Sausages or hot dogs, sliced | | 12
| oz | Beer |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute carrots, onions, and celery in peanut oil. | | 2 | Add chicken broth, cover and simmer for 1 hour. | | 3 | Add spices. | | 4 | Mix flour with cheese and add. | | 5 | Stir until cheese melted and add sausages. | | 6 | Add beer. | | 7 | Simmer. | | 8 | Serve with homemade bread. |
