| tbsp | Pepper | | 5
| cup | Raw fish, ? cubes | | 1
| quart | Boiling water | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| cup | Half & half cream | | | Parsley or chives |

Procedures:
| 1 | Add potatoes, onions, salat and pepper to water. | | 2 | Cook about 10 min, until veg are soft, but not completely cooked. | | 3 | Add fish and cook 10 min. add milk and light cream, stir and heat 15 min longer. | | 4 | Do not boil. | | 5 | Serve with parsley or chives |
