Ingredients:
1 lbsBulk italian sausage
1 medOnion, coarsely chopped
3 cupWater
1/2 tspDried basil leaves
1/2 tspDried oregano leaves
2 Carrots, sliced
1 medZucchini or yellow summer
Squash, halved and sliced
2 canCondensed, (10-?ozs each)
Tomato soup
1 canGarbanzo beans, (15 ozs)
Drained
Grated parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Recipe by: betty crocker"s smartcook cook and stir sausage and onion in 4-quart dutch oven until sausage is light brown; drain.
2Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
3Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
4Cover and simmer until vegetables and garbanzo beans are tender, about 20 minutes.
5Serve with cheese.
