Ingredients:
1 tspCoriander seeds
1 1/2 tspCumin seeds
1 tspCardamom seeds
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 Bay leaves
1 1/2 tspPeppercorns
1/2 tspWhole cloves
1 tspGround mace
Procedures:
1Place all the seeds together in a saute pan over medium heat and dry-roast, shaking pan often, until they give.
2Off an aroma, about 5 minutes.
3Combine all ingredients in a mortar or a clean coffee grinder and grind to a powder.
4Store in an airtight container.
