German cheese soup

Ingredients:
2 3/4 cupSkim milk
1 3/4 cupWhole-wheat bread crumbs
-(fresh)
2 tspDijon mustard
1 cupMuenster cheese, shredded
Nutmeg (garnish)
Paprika (garnish)
Minced parsley (garnish)
Procedures:
1Place 1 ?cups of the milk in a blender with fresh bread crumbs and mustard and process on low speed until smooth.
2Place this mix in saucepan with remaining milk and the cheese.
3Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts and the soup is heated through.
4Do not boil.
5Pour into bowls and sprinkle with nutmeg, paprika and parsley.
