| 1 | Cut meat in small ?inch cubes and chop the onions firmly. |

| 8 | Add cooked pasta to soup and servve. |
| 9 | pasta: blend egg and flour to a dough. |
| 10 | Rest for a few minutes then roll thinly. |
| 11 | Either cut pasta in thin shreds or in small strips or squares. |
| 12 | Drain and add to soup 10 minutes before serving to allow pasta to soften up. |
