Goulash soup

Ingredients:
3/4 lbsBeef sirloin diced coarse
And remove all fat
2 tbspFine sliced onion
Salt to taste
1 largePinch paprika
Cumin to taste
Sm Crushed garlic
1 tbsp(Generous) flour
1 1/2 quartPlain clear soup consomme
2 Diced potatoes
Procedures:
1Brown meat in soup kettle with diced onions.
2Season with salt and paprika.
3Add cumin and garlic.
4When the meat is well browned, sprinkle a generous tb of flour over it.
5Mix and let cook for a minute or two without allowing to brown.
6Add clear soup, bring to a boil and let it cook slowly for 3 hours.
7An hour before serving add potatoes to broth.
8Serve with bread croutons fried in butter.
