Ingredients:
12 Fat free corn or whole wheat
Flour tortillas
6 ozGrated non fat Monterey Jack
Or cheddar cheese
2 tbspChopped fresh cilantro or
Parsley
2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and
Minced
1 cupAlfalfa sprouts
2 medBananas, sliced into thin
